About Jerry Pate Design
Creating Beauty on the Outside, to Live Better
on the Inside
Jerry Pate Design is guided by a drive to enhance quality of life by creating synergistic relationships between architecture and landscape, interior and exterior spaces. We believe we can help people live better by giving them greater accessibility to nature.
We are on a mission to honor the unique topography and challenges presented by each site, committing ourselves to the preservation of our natural habitats whenever possible. It all comes together in projects where sustainable, intelligent design produces aesthetic, enjoyable, and people-friendly places.
Building valued relationships through integrity and professionalism.
Jerry Pate has long lived life on the green, from his days as a pro golfer to becoming a revered golf course designer. That decades-long experience in perfecting 18 holes included the founding of Jerry Pate Design. Today, the JPD team takes on projects of many kinds, but Jerry Pate remains enamored by the golf course. His principles of preserving the core values of the sport, environmental stewardship, and exceptional customer service are applied to every job the firm takes—on and off the course.
